Introduction of the company

Green Power deals with the installation of Solar panel, CCTV Cameras and its Services.

Green Power provides consultation, services and proposals for up-gradation of the systems, while providing onsite assistance 24/7. Monitoring and reporting of the system installed.

Our monitoring team generates fortnight and monthly reports ensuring maintenance and well performance of the system.

Strategies and on-going support enhance productivity and improve profitability of your business in terms of life.

Other services include;

· Manned telephone support

· Monitored email support

· We also available on WhatsApp

· Our reports not only based on text but pictures and videos are also the part of that report

We will respond to service related incidents and/or requests submitted by Customer within the following time frames:

· 0-8 hours (during business hours) for issues classified as High priority.

· Within 48 hours for issues classified as Medium priority.

· Within 5 working days for issues classified as Low priority

· Equipment manufacturers’ warranties remain unaffected.

· Solar PV modules – standard warranties provided by the manufacturer (05-year workmanship warranty and a 25-year performance warranty).

· Inverter/Charge Controller – 1-years manufacturer warranty.

· Batteries – Manufacturer’s warrant

· Unscheduled maintenance needs extra charges per hour
